Medication isn't always the answer to everything, and it isn't very easy to stay calm (especially in the situation we all are in right now) but by exercising or doing any type of activity to distract you could (most probably) feel better. Or just find someone who your comfortable with and talk to them about how you feel, it's better that way 😊.

No, I listen to music or watch an episode of my favourite TV show to relax and unwind. Only if I'm feeling a little bit calm I meditate.

Yes, I do try to meditate still. I try to focus on my breathing first and ask myself why am I so agitated and then I meditate.
