If possible buy an alarm clock. And place your phone outside of your room with the sound on and last thing when you go to bed plug it in.

Quite simply buy a alarm clock at the store and use it. But quite frankly you don’t need yr phone in another room. Switch the “do not disturb” on. And when you wake with yr phone alarm, start to deal with the days activities one at a time. Easy peasy….

Instead of a separate room, sleep with your phone in the same room but far away, like maybe on a dresser away from the bed. Keep the volume up so you’ll hear the alarm and boom you’ll be fine.

- When I disconnect and unplug, I’m lying in my bed with what seems like an interminable number of thoughts looping in my head. I know, my head is very talkative. I can’t sleep because of this, and so after a while, my phone shuts me up because I go and look at it. Any advice on keeping my thoughts to a minimum? Cheers.
