I pray, acknowledging worries, but then releasing them. There’s also a CBT app (Moodnotes) that helps one think through worry. Then I start thinking about dream-like things.

I write them down, read a good book or watch a relaxing asmr video. I think about all that I accomplished that day and think of the things that I am thankful for (there is a habit for that in Fabulous, it helps!)
