I always eat after I wake up, no matter the time. To me it's an important part of my daily routine. I never eat at specific times anyway. Only time I'll wait is if I'm going out to eat with someone
That really depends on how hungry I feel when I wake up. If I do, then I'll eat something light, but if I don't then I'll just hold off until lunch. There's no point in eating if you're not hungry
If it's not too far from 12pm to 1pm, I eat a snack since technically, you woke up late so lunch is gonna be your 'breakfast'.
