What do you do for your morning workout? What motivates you?

First of all, I get out of bed as soon as I wake up in the morning. I don’t let my phone or any other electronics distract me. Also the longer I lay in bed the lazier I get so get up immediately. After that I brush my teeth, drink a glass of water and eat a healthy breakfast that will give me energy. This already boost your mood and energy preparing you for your workout. An hour or so later I start my workout. The important thing is to do something that you have fun in doing. That way your workout session won’t be as difficult. I usually like to dance and do weight training while listening to music. You could also try some workouts online in that way you won’t feel like you’re working out alone and that will motivate you.
