Yes, not a vigorous workout just stretching, taking a walk just to clear your mind and release the day so you can focus on yourself/family with a clear mind and it will help you rest at night.
No, because exercising gives me energy which is more needed in the morning. But sometimes I don’t have it in me to exercise in the morning, and then I might prefer doing it later in the day over forcing myself in the morning or not doing it at all.
