As long as your are incorporating movement into your day then you are doing it right! Some people prefer to exercise in the morning for a day full of sustained energy. Some people, me being one of them, can't find the motivation in the morning and that is totally okay!! As long as the exercise you are doing is not making it difficult for you to fall asleep, then you are doing nothing wrong. 7 minutes is plenty of time for an effective workout!! You got this and you are doing great!! Keep up the amazing work!!!
There is nothing wrong with exercising in the evening, it’s healthy, would be great if you could manage to exercise more if that’s the only training you do in a day.
