If you could make one “out of reach” fitness goal come true, what would it be? A marathon? 5 minute plank?

An out of reach fitness goal for me is consistency. I would have a goal to have a lifestyle shift and embrace wellness.

My fitness goal for now is to be able to complete one of Pamela Riefs full body 20 minute workouts. They are incredibly challenging to complete without taking long breaks in between.
