I usually eat eggs with mushrooms for breakfast. Mushroom omelette and some bread with a cup of Iranian tea. But if I'm in a hurry, a little sandwich with cheese and bread with tomato is enough
Smoothies are perfect for rushed mornings. A good thing to do is to make smoothie mixes and freeze them beforehand, like a handful of blueberries, a few chopped up strawberries, and some yogurt, then in the morning you can put that in the blender with some milk and take it with you on your commute.
Most times I have something in the fridge already prepared. My first choice when I'm in a rush is bananas with peanut butter 😉
