What is an easy breakfast to make the night before if mornings are hard?

Overnight oats are great! You can search for great recipes but normally it’s just oats, chia seeds (optional), milk of choice, yoghurt (for a thicker texture) and any toppings like fruit and seeds! Honey and cinnamon make it tasty too!

Other options that I’ve seen but never tried could be egg muffins where you bake the eggs in muffin tins with veg!

But otherwise even just frying some eggs in the morning or having yoghurt and muesli is very quick and easy!

If you like oatmeal, find a granola you like and in the morning you can make a bowl with your milk of choice. Microwave it for about a minute. You can eat it right away or let it sit for a few minutes and let the milk absorb. It’s better than instant oatmeal & very filling.

I keep protein bars (RX bars are very filling and have lots of flavors) and Greek yogurt for the mornings when I cannot be bothered. Overnight oats are good if you want something hot – soak them overnight in the fridge, microwave them for a minute and a half to take the chill off. Hardboiled eggs are a solid stand by as well, especially if you have an instant pot – make a few days' worth at a time, chop leftovers up and make them into egg salad at the end of the week.

Well for instance I made a hard boiled egg I cut it up into cubes and I mixed it with half an avocado with the garlic and then I put it on Ezekiel bread.

I’ve started making overnight oats. Mix 40g of oats with 175g of your yogurt of choice and then mix it with some fruit. My favourite combination so far has been banana yogurt with fresh banana and a teaspoon of caramel sauce for a naughty treat.

-Overnight oats. I can’t remember where I found this recipe but it’s been one of my favorites for years.
Overnight Chai Steel-Cut Oats
1 cup steel-cut oats
1 cup hemp milk or non-dairy milk of your choice
2 Tbs. chia seeds
¼ tsp. ground cardamom
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. ground ginger or 1 Tbs. crystallized ginger
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch black pepper
1 Tbs. maple syrup, optional
1 Tbs. shredded coconut, optional
1 Tbs. chopped pistachios, optional
1. Combine oats, hemp milk, chia seeds, cardamom, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, and maple syrup (if using) in glass jar with lid. Stir, close lid, and refrigerate overnight.
2. Open lid, stir, and sprinkle with coconut and pistachios, if using.

For quick easy breakfasts I also like
-Chia pudding
– An apple with a couple hard boiled eggs (I hate peeling eggs so I buy a bag of eggs that have already been boiled and peeled. They are great to just grab and go.)
-An apple with a couple slices of turkey
-An apple with peanut butter
-High fiber bread toasted with peanut butter
-Smoothies
-Greek yogurt with fruit and/or granola

Boiled eggs are always a staple for me because you can just do it the night before or boil enough for yourself for the whole week if you really like eggs. So pair that with an easy fruit like a banana or an apple and you're good to go!

Overnight oats. 1/2 cup rolled oats and skim milk. 1 tablespoon chia seeds, organic peanut butter, and maple syrup. I eyeball it other than the oats. Mix and stick it fridge overnight.

Hard boiled eggs are very easy and provide a great protein boost in the morning. if you can do dairy, cottage cheese is also great. together with a fruit, you will have a fantastic meal full of good vibes and nutritional value!
