I didn't have dinner. I feel like i barely ever have anything serious for dinner, just grab a snack and get going. Sheesh i just realized how i eat nothing. Breakfast is small, lunch is decent and dinner is small. I feel like it gives me an energy kick before sleep and I'm not a fan of it. I usually have dinner, but something sweet. I think that's what the "energy kick" is from. I'll try to eat something normal, not sweet for dinner.

One of my favorites and go to dinners is grilled chicken with steamed veggies. Any sort of veggies are great- from asparagus to broccoli I love it all!

For me great dinner is vegetable salad(green salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, radish…) roasted vegetables (red pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts, peas, etc.) and some protein (roasted/fried tofu, hummus, chicken/turkey steak, boiled egg)
