i do not let challenges come to me anymore, but earlier there were a lot of insecurities which used to come to me when I used to look at others working out when I was excercising in the gym. i stopped going to the gym, i run now and do body weight workouts. I've overcome that single problem but now the approach should be proactive rather than reactive

Traveling, when I'm traveling it's hard for me to find time for exercising. And to overcome this I need to adjust and adapt to where I'm traveling to and be flexible with my schedule
