What breakfast keeps you full longest?

A 2 egg omelet. With cheese, sausage, and diced bell peppers. On the side I have 2 slices of avocado roast and a glass of watermelon juice.

The breakfast that keeps me full for the longest can be a smoothie ,usually with forest fruits and bananas. Or some pancakes with strawberries or blueberries on top

I really like to include fruits such as apples into my breakfast.
They get digested slowly and help in maintaining a constant energy stream throughout the entire morning

i think that oatmeal keeps me full the longest. i do not love oatmeal but when i am i in the mood for it i love it. i usually put honey and cinnamon sugar on it.

Fruits with a good protein or a bigger quantity of something. Example, I like to eat any fruit but it has to be a lot of them (like strawberries, blueberries and an apple) with two peanut butter toasts or a cream cheese bagel.

Toast with Butter and Jam keeps me full the longest. Somethimes I don't need to eat Dinner, and it works well with mango juice so I would recommend it gratefully

I would suggest eggs, whether fried in butter or hard-boiled, as a topping I add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, some cheese, along with fruits and a handful of nuts. Sometimes I have toast with eggs as well. Eggs are my go-to breakfast choice but I like to pair them with something to make sure it’s balanced.
