What are the best stretching exercises?

The best exercises have to be slow, of course you have to get your muscles ready before starting, by doing something like jumping jacks.
Then do some eleg stretching and shoulder, arms and neck moving stretches.

There is not one exercise that is better than others. If something is tight or sore froma workout. It is important to stretch that muscle and any others directly associated with it. If my back was sore, I would do some back stretches and glute stretches as well as some light quad and hamstring stretching.
