I guess; overnight oats, you let them soak and then in the morning you can just add some toppings and bam! Yummy breakfast. I'm not quite sure about more since I wake up early to eat breakfast

You can make overnight oats, there are tons of recipe online and they are good and refreshing. If you like a bigger breakfast portion you can make the mason jar thing, you just put some protein and vegetables with rice noodle for more info you can search it online. Personally, I like to make an onsen egg a day before and in the morning I just carck it and mix it with rice, nori and kewpie mayo. Hope this help
