Usually, I prepare a sandwich with cream cheese, salad, chicken and sauce. But sometimes I can eat a yogurt with cookies.

Yogurt is a great option for breakfast, but you can add fruits or make smoothies. Smoothie bowls are great too, and don't forget about some nuts on the side. If you are allergic to nuts, you can try dried fruits. If you want something more filling, you can try overnight oats. They are filling and easy to make. Hope it helps!
