What are some of your favourite breakfasts?

Albert C.
I live eating a high fiber / low sugar cereal with oat milk and fruits. I also love to have whole wheat bread with either avocado, ham or smoked salmon on top.
Bryan C.
Toast with cranberry and blueberry preserve, almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, turmeric powder and ground flaxseed, along with a warm cup of Milo.
Sakuryu G.
I really like a good protein smoothie and it can be made easy if you have a blender and some frozen berries and spinach. After that throw in some milk and protein powder and you're set for anstrong morning
Erik U.
Well my go to are French toast, pancakes, waffles, or Nutella rolls . But if you are on the go I recommend making a smoothie the night before so you can take it, that or yogurt, or even a granola bar.
Josie Anne F.
Smoothie made of frozen berries, banana, yoghurt and oats blended with milk or water. Overnight oats with fresh berries or grated apple. Banana based smoothies with shot of coffee or chocolate protein powder and peanut butter for energy boost.
Kaela G.
Eggs whether boiled, scrambled, omlet (I've never tried poached) I love eggs. Oats is also nice, not my favourite but I know it's good for me so I have it. Bread and peanut butter is also a favourite.
Heather P.
Omelets, pancakes, fresh fruit, oatmeal…sometimes a frittata is nice or just a simple scrambled egg over freshly wilted spinach is my preferred breakfast.
Troy E.
Hmmm, well this is a tough one, mainly due to me giving up pork and it byproducts a few years back, so breakfast is tough sometimes. But I'd have to say either fruits or Greek yogurt with granola.
Pedro O.
Poached eggs on toast, and then add some extras on the side, like spinach or mushrooms or tomatoes.. it's filling and yum!
Sally T.
I like balanced breakfast with a mixture of different items. I always enjoy a coffee and lots of water to stay hydrated, as well as fruit and nuts, eggs avocado and porridge.some times just a slice of toast and a big glass of water is enough to hit the spot.
Tierney P.
Oatmeal with berries
Overnight oats with Greek yogurt and berries
Muesli with Greek yogurt, berries and bananas
Maple bacon muffins (keto version!!!)
Lauren Q.
If I'm on the go a banana, protein bar, or protein shake. Otherwise I love avocado toast with sprouts, hemp hearts, and eggs or a breakfast hash with soyrizo, eggs, potatoes, and salsa.
Sabina C.
I really like cereal for breakfast. I usually have a high bran with soya milk. The slight sweetness of the milk adds to the flavour.
Roary N.
I love a cinnamon rice cake with a thin layer of peanut butter on top, a drizzle of honey and a banana or some mixed berries on the side! It’s fast and feels filling and healthy.
Nicole E.
I really love a carb heavy breakfast to give me energy throughout the day. I’ve done shakes or smoothies in the past but then I end up eating all my calories at night. I treat myself to a nice bagel once a week and eat a half pita with egg and cheese (heated from frozen, from BJS) with a coffee every weekday.

Describe what your senses are experiencing in that moment. It will help you stop and appreciate the little beauties of life around you.

I like sometimes having cereal but sometimes I don’t feel hungry so I’ll drink coffee instead. But it’s been my goal to eat a nutritional breakfast everyday:)
Maria O.
I usually don’t have the time, energy or space for a bigger meal that early in the morning (mainly because I’m still in ed recovery, and because I have severe anemia), so I’ll just have a smoothie or some oats. If I’m feeling more risky or if it’s a late breakfast, i might eat 1-2 slices of toasted rye/oat bread with some guacamole and eggs.

Smoothie:
– frozen smoothie mix (1/4 banana, some blueberries, 2 strawberries in slices)
– 1 overripe banana
– 1/4 cup oats
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
– 1-2 cups water, depending of wanted consistency

Oatmeal:
– 1 cup oats
– 3 tbsp cup chia seeds
– 2 tbsp flax seeds
– 1/4 cup raisins
– water as needed
≠ top with berries, fruit and honey for extra flavor

I love having different breakfasts every day. One of my favourites is bread with tomato, garlic and olive oil. But when I have time I love making myself a japanese breakfast. Also I love making myself oatmeal with massala tea instead of water.
Kelly W.
I love eggs for breakfast! Poached, fried, scrambled, whipped up in an omelette – each feels like a treat! My favourite is eggs benedict with home-made hollandaise.
Maddie N.
One of my favourite breakfast is a fruit bowl this may contain of some strawberries pineapple apple orange banana pomegranate and even some grapes , if i’m feeling down or in for a treat i will either have pancakes or a bagel with butter and nutella spread 😍😍
Adam O.
Easy, but filling. Overnight oats is always a decent way to go, but requires some forethought. For breakfast, I almost always favour something pre-made over something I have to cook. Recently got a new blender, so will try also considering smoothies as I find these quick, filling and refreshing!
Roswita Z.
Porridge( you can put literally everything in it, two of my fav are peer and chocolate, and banana with peanut ) , bread with eggs, yogurt with fruit and honey, milk with a protein bar, homemade cookies or muffins with a cup of tea
Jeremy Y.
I'd like to hear what healthy and nutritious foods you eat in the morning. I'm currently on Muesli & Yoghurt with lots of different seeds and blue berries, but would like to vary my breakfasts a bit! Do you have a favorite recipe?
Flavia E.
I love milk with corn flakes, granola and fruits for breakfast or yogurt with seeds. I feel energized for the whole morning!
Valdemar Z.
Avocado toast with homemade keto bread. Keto cereal. A salad. Anything that is light but gives me enough energy to fuel till lunch.
Kahlilah N.
I really like having quick and ready to go meals so for me my go to is a breakfast box that has a boiled egg, Greek yogurt or a blueberry muffin and a power nut/seed side. I like a mix of coconut shavings, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds
Barbara J.
Morning is not my favorite time of day to eat breakfast foods. However, I love breakfast dishes: eggs pretty much any way, bacon, bagel with salmon, banana, apple, plain almonds, walnuts, steel cut oatmeal, biscuits once in awhile.

My main breakfast is coffee and either an apple or a banana and a Kind protein bar.

Violetta Z.
I love typical breakfast like fruit or avocado toast. I try to have something different every day, like granola bars yogurt, cereal (even tho cereal doesnt make me feel good). My favorite breakfast probably is the one I had today it was potatoes, scrambled eggs (I would’ve like egg whites but ) I had Colby Jack cheese with it, avocado and pico to Gallo; along with a Snapple peach tea it was very refreshing for me
Jocilene N.
Today I had chia seed pudding. But I’m struggling to find something that lasts from 7-12:15. Steel cut oats seem to last longer
