What are some ideas for a low-carb, vegetarian breakfast? Dairy and eggs are allowed, just no meat or fish. Thank you!

I always vouch by my smoothies!!! You can essentially put anything in a smoothie. I’d strongly suggest fruits/veggies (often, veggie flavors completely disappear in smoothies, so don’t shy away from the greens), milk or a milk substitute, and protein powder (as a fellow vegetarian, we need our protein!) Like I said, you can essentially put anything in it, and it makes for a delicious and travel/commute-ready breakfast!
