How can I include more fruits and vegetables in my breakfast?

You can add some veggies in your omelette. And some banana, as ropping honey and a little nuts. Its such a healthy desert. I do broccoli omelette so much ans i love it.

You could have toast with apples strawberries or pancake with different fruits of your liking or just an apple everyday. You could also eat oatmeal with fruits and vegetables.
