For me, I basically eat toast ,eggs milk tea and beans . And this is like my go to and it usually does it include much if vitamins and I would like to change with the help of this app.

I think a good breakfast has to have some protein usually eggs and vegetables and a little bit of carbs if you really want. Therefore the best breakfast for me is avocado toast with eggs and some veggies on the side
I’ve found that an Avocado, sliced in half with a big spoon is tasty and quick. I will also make some toast with it to help me feel more full; which helps keep me from reaching for quick and unhealthy snacking foods later in the day.
