What is your go-to lean but balanced breakfast?

For me it would be to sting some bread and then making some scrambled eggs and putting it on top of the bread then i would cut up some fruit and that would be my breakfast.Then for the drink it would be some orange juice.

avocado toast with eggs or an everything bagel with cream cheese. or even a piece of toast with peanut butter and bananas :))
