My go-to is a smoothie with frozen spinach, frozen blueberries, a banana and protein powder.
If you'd rather protein in the form of whole food, 3-4 medium/large eggs will get you between 15-25g of protein. You could also do plain yogurt; I opt for plain and add my own sweetener (either honey, fresh fruit or both) because the sweetened ones have less protein per serving so you end up paying the same amount for less protein

As a med student and a vegetarian, sometimes having a good breakfast becomes difficult. But mostly I rely on Greek yogurts which has good amount of protein, top it up with some blueberries or strawberries and you're good to go. Breakfast quinoa, eggs, beans serve as a good source of protein too

So, if you are in a rush, to work or school, you can take an apple or a banana. They contain protein. But usually a hardboiled egg is enough.
