At least an hour before. Wake up 20 min to drink water, eat a good quality breakfast, and listen to coaching. 10 min for journaling and grateful exercise, then I read for 10min. 5 min exercise to get my body warm and heart pumping (sometimes I just dance to my favorite song) 5 min yoga (I like yoga and bird on YouTube) 1 min meditation. My clothes were laid out the night before so 10 min to get ready. Whenever starting a new thing I start with one min and build from there. Makes it so much easier.
