What are one or two breakfast meal ideas?

I like to have a protein shake such as Orgain, and maybe half a banana for breakfast. I don't have a lot of time in the mornings, so something quick is all I can do. A pack of whole grain Belvita breakfast biscuits and some blueberries or a half a banana is another thing I do. On weekends, a healthy scramble of eggs and veggies is a favorite.

My personal favourites are either oatmeal or an omelette.

I'd usually have the oatmeal with a healthy helping of peanut butter, a banana, as well as some blueberries.

The omelette is good when you have a little more time in the morning. I'll eat it with some wholegrain toast and my choice of veggies or salad.

I love warm oats in the morning. Simple base of oats and your preferred milk, then toppings of choice which can be easily changed up to create a different bowl each morning! Go to toppings are mixed berries, maple syrup and seeds!

longer: banana pancakes with scrambled eggs and fruit cup of coffee and bottle of water
