Tips for working flossing in to your daily routine more easily?

Using dental floss picks really helped me work flossing into my routine! They’re so easy to use, take half the time, and aren’t nearly as messy as regular floss. They have eco friendly options out there too! I’ve also heard great things about good quality water piks, which are also fast and easy to use. As for a routine, I find that brushing my teeth and flossing *before* I start to feel tired also helps – that way I won’t be tempted to try and get to bed faster by not flossing. Hope this helps!
