It’s common to forget journaling on good days, but creating a routine can help. Try setting a specific time each day for journaling, regardless of your mood. You might also consider using reminders or associating journaling with another daily ritual, like having your morning coffee. This way, writing becomes a consistent part of your routine, helping you reflect on both positive and challenging days. Remember, journaling is a valuable tool for self-care, so make it a priority every day!

Create a rule for myself like every morning when I wake up I take my journal and start writing. You can write: tasks, something you want to improve, how would you like your day to be, gratitude, intentions etc. You don’t journal only for your emotions but to fill the gap between your current self and your desire self.
