Should my daily journal be more than just my productivity and daily accomplishments? I feel like maybe I should enter in some of my feelings or thoughts, but I haven’t really done that so far.
Absolutely! Your daily journal can be a powerful tool for self-reflection. While tracking productivity and accomplishments is valuable, incorporating your feelings and thoughts can deepen your understanding of yourself and your experiences. This holistic approach can foster emotional well-being and help you identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviors. Embrace journaling as a space for both achievements and introspection, creating a balanced routine that supports your personal growth.
You absolutely should enter feelings and thoughts. In my experience writing them down makes them a little less scary, when you put them into words its almost like “Oh, wait what was i even thinking with that.” Anyway it helps self reflection too, I promise. I am a really negative person and just sometimes opening my journal to see how i felt and transformed my thoughts changed for good made me a little less anxious about my life. Definitely write thoughts and feelings, you will catch yourself processing them a lot easier. :)
