Not really because everyday I try to do something different, so if you'd like, you could do a different weekend routine. 😊
I have much less to do on the weekends. I leave off any cleaning and weight lifting exercise. But I still keep my walking up. I also keep up the affirmations and basic habits like taking vitamins. But if I miss out on anything I don’t get down on myself.
I usually have a different routine on Saturdays and Sundays. Those are the days I work and I have to travel a long distance to work. So I just drink water and start my day.
