Exercise doesn't only gives your body an escape route, but it also gives your spirit a way to connect with your soul and balance each other.
We can exercise in so many ways, not just physically by going for a walk or quick run. We can exercise our minds as well by listening to a good song or reading a meaningful book.
So, for what is worth, give your body a way to escape the busyness of life and do some exercise.
