My dudes; Due to medical stuff I tend to sleep until pretty much lunchtime and just eat lunch and a big supper. When I do get to eat breakfast at a breakfast time I find that I am much hungrier throughout the day than if I hadn’t eaten breakfast, which makes me eat more, which isn’t good. Any suggestions and/or does anyone have a similar issue?

If you have some health issues that completely changes your situation. This routine is not about breakfast but about the first meal of YOUR day which should be as nutrient as needed. So you do not have to be worried when you are sleeping longer and then eating already lunch.

I would say eat more smaller meals spread out through the day. That way you can spread put nutrients and be full while keeping it healthy.
