I’ve been getting bored lately how do I combat this? I’ve been doing it for 6 months

Try something that would relax you or something that makes you feel comfortable, so you won’t feel tense. I meditate daily and it eases the mind so there’s no stress, no matter what. I just come to this and make it useful. Stay in your comfort zone. Feel motivated. I know it may seem a lot. But it does help even in tough situations.
