What works for me is to prepare the same comfortable place
– at the table, cosy chair/ cushion; I have tea and water at hand ; I choose a time of the day when it is pretty quiet / early morning works wonders for me; I also prepare my first topic ahead (either through questions or other projects I have)
If not, I can be flexible
Also I have my journal … pens and pencils ready
I can be writing all day but I set some specific time when I have other commitments ….
I hope this helps
