I don't think so , because it depends. For instance, morning meditation is very powerful and refreshing. However it doesn't work for everyone since some might want to kick off the day energetically and meditation centers and calms the energy
Some prefer before – bed meditation as it helps them sleep , but some might hmm visualize through it and end up keeping their mind active. I believe it's best you pick the time for you and I also don't believe when you do it is as important. What's important is the energy and help it gives you!
