I like to take long deep breaths. And feel thankful for being alive, for being me, being the person who I am. I like to notice how I breathe and let my mind wander but not too far⭐✨
From MANY to ONE is meditation. From ONE to NONE is silence. Any activity when done streamed lined from many thoughts to a single focus is meditation. Singing, cooking, dancing, reading, breathing, guided processes etc. After the meditative activity is done with razor sharp focus, sitting down still, absolutely statue like with eyes closed for a few minutes or longer is silence. That's when nothing happens and in nothingness, life happens.
