Yes,it helps you to become fit.Atleast 7min of you time commit to it for working out,takes a positive impact done just lazy around.

In my opinion, yes, as it doesn't take up too much if your time, but it does allow to to feel refreshed and clears your mind in the morning, ready to conquer the day. This workout is so simple, meaning anybody can do it, and that feeling of accomplishment after, will always be amazing.
