Something is always better than nothing at all for breakfast, however you can jazz it up with some delicious favorite fruits like strawberries, bananas or raisins! Try to get the most out of your breakfast if you can… Remember you can do it!

Oats are NOT my favourite, but it contains milk and chia seeds, it’s filling and provides a slow release to prevent less snacking throughout he day. If I feel slightly hungry later in the morning, I’ll eat some nuts and raisin.
