Breakfast this week was good! I made some egg and turkey bites in a muffin pan and they were delicious! I'm not normally a breakfast person, but I recently started getting up earlier to workout in the mornings. I figured it would be a good idea to have something to eat after the gym before I start the rest of my day.

My breakfast was awesome and much enjoyed! I ate cottage cheese (rinsed) with pineapple. I feel good about my choice because it tastes good and is also good for my body and fits in line with my goals.

Breakfast this week was great! I made sure to include a variety of quick to prepare breakfast items like cream of rice (make it with berries or make it chocolate!), almond milk yogurt (Ikr, but as much as I love cow's milk, the feeling isn't mutual), avocado toast (it's not expensive when you make it yourself!). I stocked up on fruits to add in and did some food prep ahead of time (those veggies aren't going to cut themselves š). Breakfast is now something to be excited for around here.
