Breakfast this week was good! I made some egg and turkey bites in a muffin pan and they were delicious! I'm not normally a breakfast person, but I recently started getting up earlier to workout in the mornings. I figured it would be a good idea to have something to eat after the gym before I start the rest of my day.
My breakfast was awesome and much enjoyed! I ate cottage cheese (rinsed) with pineapple. I feel good about my choice because it tastes good and is also good for my body and fits in line with my goals.
Breakfast this week was great! I made sure to include a variety of quick to prepare breakfast items like cream of rice (make it with berries or make it chocolate!), almond milk yogurt (Ikr, but as much as I love cow's milk, the feeling isn't mutual), avocado toast (it's not expensive when you make it yourself!). I stocked up on fruits to add in and did some food prep ahead of time (those veggies aren't going to cut themselves 😉). Breakfast is now something to be excited for around here.
