Idea 1: avocado toast basically just spread mashed avocado on toast you can add lemon juice salt and or pepper if you so desire.
2: cucumber and hummus sandwich.
3: boil eggs at the start of the week, and use them in egg salad, or sprinkle salt and pepper over them and eat plain.
4: yogurt on toast or you can mix it with oats and berries for a more filling meal.
