What do you eat for a balanced quick breakfast?

I tend to eat the same thing every morning. 1 scrambled egg with shredded cheese topped with a little salsa verde and non-fat plain Greek yogurt along with a cup of coffee. The routine of not having to meal plan breakfast or think about what to make is a calming way for me to start the day.
