Is it worth it to get a physical journal or do online ones feel the same
Choosing between a physical journal and an online one often comes down to personal preference. A physical journal can enhance the tactile experience and help with mindfulness, while online journals offer convenience and accessibility. Both can be effective in building the habit of journaling, which is a meaningful daily ritual that supports self-reflection and personal growth. Experiment with both to see which aligns better with your journaling goals and helps you develop lasting healthy habits.
Personally, I love an online journal. It is more convenient and it provides me with prompts. I can always think outside of the box instead of having to repeat the same prompt over and over. It is more private as I can lock it instead of a physical one. I can back up my data amd reflect on past feelings and entries rather than having to stack up my journals to "keep" them.
