YES! When working out you burn calories so your body’s natural response tends to be feeling very hungry & thirsty. I suggest drinking a glass of water straight after, then having a good breakfast high in protein to support muscle growth.

It is preferred not to have breakfast after work out. It is also not advisable to skip breakfast, don't worry I am here to help you what to do. After you wakeup and hit the gym or workout in your room have a light breakfast like a homemade protein bar or a single fruit, apple or a banana is preferable.
