Ask yourself the reverse. What is preventing you from exercising? Everyone knows thehealth benefits, the look good benefits, the longevity benefits. So with all the ups…why don't you want to? I doubt you can come up with any good reasons not to…I don't like to be hot? Exercise in a pool. I don't like my hearrate up? Do low impact exercise. I don't want to be injured? Listen to your body don't push too hard. You know what you need to do do it

Moving the body will make us energized, and will trigger us to be more active and active. Anyway, habit is kind of addictive traits. Once become habit, it difficult to live without doing that.

I have back pain and I know that the right types of exercises will help me to reduce it, by strengthening the muscles that support the correct posture.
I listen to audiobooks while I exercise – I love books so for me that makes the training more pleasurable and saves time in a way.

I will normally listen to some motivational YouTube clip or put on a pump up song. If I’m really out of my wits I’ll have a hit of caffeine be it pre workout or coffee. What got me started was to pair it up with something I liked doing such as breakfast at a cafe, a treat or something along those lines. I’d go to the gym and my reward was the cafe near it

I try to put a workout outfit on a desk or dresser the night prior. When I wake up in the morning, it’s one of the first things I see and gets me motivated to start moving! Also, I try to have a plan of what I’m going to do specifically and give me self a range of time to do it. This app also helps me make sure I keep myself moving. I have exercise down to do in either morning, evening, or night.

I remind myself that exercise is a celebration of what the body can do, not a punishment for what I ate. I think about how it gets the juices flowing. And, since I do yoga, it gives me time to meditate, reflect, and set my intentions for the day. Plus, I think about how good I'll feel afterward! It's a feeling I look forward to every day.

My health got worse after getting a full-time job and I don’t have the motive do exercise/ go hiking after work. Less exercise makes me feel tired all the time, hard to walk/breathe and irregular heart beat before and during periods. I even went to hospital because I can’t breathe. I don’t wanna experience all these anymore so I have determined to change.

1.set up a goal, Make sure it’s realistic and you can actually adapt your life around meeting the goal.
2. Schedule a regular workout time. . Sit down with your weekly schedule and try to build in an hour each day to take care of your body.
3. Listen to your inner voice when it comes to choosing the best workout for you, try different classes, endurance or strength, and don’t forget Yoga.
It’s hard in the beginning but if you stick to plan you will love how working out makes you feel and look.🕊💞Good luck.
