Not like R I G H T after but yea because I burn off energy and stuff so then usually I shower after workout and then eat a healthy breakfast either egg on avocado toast or a smoothie bowl/ açaí bowl or yogurt or just water and granola bar
I usually do! I find that it feels like my body is healing faster that way. On the other hand, if I’m feeling low energy in the morning I’ll eat first and wait about 30 minutes!
Yes! Less on purpose and just out of feeling the need for refreshment, i usually go for something like strawberries or watermelon since they’re so watery.
