Everything is healthy in moderation. Working out daily could mean different things, for me itβs stretching and making an effort to be extra active on days itβs slow at my on-the-feet job. Working out everyday, however, isnβt a great idea because your body needs time to recover especially if youβre doing rigorous workouts. If you feel you might fall off the train, try doing easy low impact workouts.
