Is it okay to workout daily? I feel like if I rest for a single day it’s harder to get back to that routine 🤔

Everything is healthy in moderation. Working out daily could mean different things, for me it’s stretching and making an effort to be extra active on days it’s slow at my on-the-feet job. Working out everyday, however, isn’t a great idea because your body needs time to recover especially if you’re doing rigorous workouts. If you feel you might fall off the train, try doing easy low impact workouts.
