Yes! There’s this constant push to “get ahead” by doing everything early in the morning, but what really matters is that it happens at all. I wouldn’t recommend working out right before bed as it can mess with your sleep, but otherwise, it doesn’t matter when it happens, only that it does happen.

I am doing my studies,so the whole day I will be in class. After class I go for aerobics, come back home, finish up my work out with body weight training finishing with yoga, since I’m a beginner.I rest and wake up at 0100 hours to study to 04 00 , sleep for an hour to work up to my morning work out routine

i personally wouldn’t say so i would say to exercise on a day off and dedicate certain days to get those fitness minutes in.. the reason i wouldn’t say so is because your body is already going to be tired from a long day and cooking dinner will take it out of you. maybe if you have enough energy try and do a little bit but do not force yourself.. spreading love & light🩷

Yes! I feel more energy after the running session. I run almost every day, and when I am not running, I don’t know what to do at that time. The more I run, the more weight i lost, but I feel so ok
