Soooo…i started encorporating a morning meditation in just this morning. I felt good this morning and I woke up early had a good breakfast, went to the gym(haven't been for weeks). I cant give you a definitive answer as i only have the one instance however this morning i welt lighter for doing it, i did the wall meditation session.
