I meditate a minimum of once a day. But to a maximum of 3 times a day. I generally meditate for about 5 to 10 mins at a time in a secluded area.
My meditation usually consists of deep-breath exercises so I do it until I feel more calm and relaxed. I do this everyday right before going to bed 🙂
Depends on the day. Some days I only manage a couple of minutes. Others a lot longer. I try to aim for once a day, but if I don’t, I just move on to the next day without becoming discouraged
