Is it better to stretch or use a roller?

Roller is so hard work. I think both is the best.
My daughter took my roller, but thanks for reminding. I think I will buy new one!

I would say its better to use both. Granted I'm a dancer, but I like to roll out my muscles before a workout and stretch afterwards. Either that or I find muscle rolling nice in the morning so my body feels more released and then stretch after my shower at night.
