If you also have loose joints – which makes stretching painful and dangerous – what stretches do you use before a run?

I’m not an expert to answer this correctly. But don’t over do it! Maybe some lunges, squats, and a few arm stretches?
Don’t exert yourself too much, as I know running alone will help stretch muscles.
Maybe even just a fast walk before the run?

stretch every day, but only do soft stretches (look at some yoga poses for inspiration). also, make sure not to push yourself too hard when you are running!
