Well I think it’s not as I normally naturally sleep for 9 hours and therefore I have started to make sure I go to bed at 9 and wake up at 6:30 as I don’t sleep well.I keep forgetting though so yeah imma work on that.

Some people need less than 8 hours some people need more than 8 hours it depends on how much sleep your body needs to feel refreshed.

You can sleep longer. But if you sleep untill 12:00 then you will have minimum time and it is hard to do something then. But you can of course go to sleep earlier and sleep more than 8 hours like that.
